Automatic renewal

How do I renew my products automatically?

In the Control Panel, click on Account, Invoices and Payments > Automatic renewals

Now use the checkbox to select the products you would like to renew automatically and then click Next

You can select an existing credit card or add a new credit card. If you wish to pay by invoice, you can also select this option. Then click on Continue.

A summary of your changes will then appear. Confirm your entry by clicking the Next button.

The products will now be automatically renewed and, if you have entered a credit card, paid for.

Why can’t I switch to «automatic» renewal?

Automatic renewal can only be activated if the products are not in the subscription renewal phase/if there is no outstanding invoice for these products.

As soon as an invoice has been generated for the renewal, the status is changed from «automatic» to «manual». This is an automatic process. The status remains in manual mode until the invoice has been paid. The status then changes back to the setting you selected.

To access your invoices, please proceed as follows:

  • open your Control Panel
  • click on Account, Invoices and Payments
  • click on Invoices

You can now view your open and completed invoices.

You can activate the automatic renewal with the desired payment method as soon as you have completed the current renewal procedure or paid the outstanding invoice.
