In the coming weeks, we will be introducing an update that further enhances the security of the Control Panel – especially when accessing areas containing sensitive information such as billing details, payment methods and technical settings.
👉 What will change
Access to these areas will be protected by an additional verification step, namely:
- Two-factor authentication (2FA), or
- A temporary code (OTP) sent via email.

Please prepare for this update by ensuring that your contact details are correct and up to date:
- Check that the email address associated with your account is correct;
You can update your contact details by accessing your Control Panel and visiting the section:
Account, Billing and Payments → Your Details/First and Last Name

In your user account under Account, Invoices and Payments → Your details/First name and surname
