How do I reactivate my domain?
The DOMAIN / product can be reactivated directly in your user account by clicking on the message
You have expired domains that are canceled: renew .it .com .net .org .biz .info .eu .asia .mobi .xxx to be reactivated within 30/40 days.
Select the domains to be reactivated.
Accept the terms and conditions and click Next.
Pay the reactivation fees by direct payment and the DOMAIN will be reactivated within max. 2-3 hours.
Why can’t I reactivate my domain in my user account?
Not every TLD can be reactivated by customers. For certain TLDs, reactivation is only possible via customer service (via ticket). In addition, reactivation fees apply (see the price list ).
How much time do I have to reactivate a domain after it has been deleted?
The reactivation period for .ch and .li domains is 30 days. For all other TLDs, please contact our customer service.
