Can I create a ShopBuilder free of charge?
You can create a free version of ShopBuilder and test it for as long as you want, but for a functioning webshop with access to customer data you need Shop Smart or Shop Premium. If you want advanced features such as variants, you should opt for the Premium package.
Can I add or delete the ShopBuilder functions later?
If you select a template specifically designed for ShopBuilder, ShopBuilder mode will be activated automatically. However, you can simply remove it in the settings. In a normal template, the store function can be activated and deleted at a later date.
How many products can I add to my ShopBuilder?
Although we have created our ShopBuilder especially for small and medium-sized businesses, there is no fixed number of products you can sell. If you are not sure whether ShopBuilder meets your expectations, simply contact us. If you do not yet have a user account, click here.
Does the ShopBuilder include billing software?
No – this function is not currently offered.
What payment methods are available?
You can select several payment methods such as credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.
Can I sell digital products?
At the moment, our system is not particularly suitable for selling digital products, but we are working on making this possible in the future.
Can I test the premium services before purchasing?
Of course. The free trial version has a duration of 30 days. At the end of the 30 days, the trial solutions are automatically extended according to the current price list.
You can deactivate the free trial service yourself within 5 days of expiry via your Control Panel.
