How do I renew my products/domains manually?

Log in to www.swizzonic.ch by clicking on Customer area in the top right-hand corner.

If you no longer know how to do this, follow these instructions.

Now click on Renewals

You will now see the list of all your domains that can be renewed.

You can immediately trigger the renewal for 2, 3, 5 or 10 years with a corresponding discount.

Select the domains to be renewed and click on Renew

If only the Pay option is available for a domain, this means that an invoice already exists for this domain. You can find this invoice in your user account under “Open invoices”. Click on the invoice number to open the PDF file and on the second page you will find our payment instructions, which you can use to make the payment.

Once you have selected all the desired domains, confirm the GTCs and click on CONTINUE

Now you can select the desired payment method (invoice or credit card, or, if you have credit – credit) and complete your order by clicking on BUY NOW .

• When paying by credit card, the domains will be renewed immediately
• When paying by invoice, you will find the open invoice with payment details directly in your user account under “Open invoices”. The domains will be renewed as soon as the payment has been booked.
