Is the antivirus/spam protection a paid service?

No, we offer free anti-spam and virus protection on our Personal and Professional e-mail services.
This is already included in the scope of services and automatically protects your mailbox against viruses and unwanted e-mails.

How do I activate the spam filter?

The spam filter and virus protection can be activated directly in the e-mail administration.
To do this, click on “Actions” and activate the virus/spam protection.

Further settings on your devices are not necessary as the protection is managed centrally at server level.

These emails still don’t end up in spam – what can I do?

If emails are not marked as spam, this usually means that the sender has not been classified as a spam sender.
These are often official newsletter providers.

In such cases, you will usually find an unsubscribe link in the email, which you can use to unsubscribe directly from the newsletter.

Can I adjust the spam filter?

No, the spam filter cannot be customized as it is managed centrally at server level.

However, you can save individual sender addresses as contacts in Webmail (to add them to the whitelist) or block them specifically.
After blocking, you will no longer receive emails from this address.
