Control Panel
You will find the following menu items in your Control Panel:
- WebMail – this button takes you directly to your WebMails (only if your mail hosting is also with Swizzonic)
- You can manually renew your domains/products via Renewals.
- Support leads you to our FAQs
- Click on the arrow at the top right to open a menu where you can change the language of your control panel
- If you have domains/products that are about to expire, you can extend them manually by clicking on this message.
- Your credit balance can be seen under the menu item Credit balance. Clicking on Account balance opens a list with detailed information on deposits/withdrawals.
- If you have open invoices, these can be viewed under Open invoices.
- You can find further information on invoices here.
- Clicking on YOUR PRODUCTS will take you to the list of all your domains and products.
- If you want to register a new domain, you can enter the desired name directly in the search field to check whether this domain is still available.
- You can find detailed registration instructions here.
- A ticket can be opened by clicking the Support request button.
- For all other questions, we offer you numerous contact options.
Old hosting products
The old products include:
- TOOL – Site Builder
- WEB – Platform for web hosting
- SSL Secure
- LINK – the product enabled the management of the DNS zone on the old platform and will no longer be needed in the future (can be cancelled)
These can be found under the menu item Previous services.
Click on the arrow to the right of the Other services menu item to open the list of all old hosting products.
